Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about ordering your personalised handmade soap favours.
We accept orders from a minimum of 20 pieces per event. This ensures we can dedicate the time and care needed to make each soap truly special for your occasion.
We recommend placing your order at least 4–6 weeks before your event date. For large orders (100+ pieces) or peak wedding season (May–September), we suggest 8–10 weeks in advance to guarantee availability.
Once you submit your pre-order form, you'll receive our bank details to transfer a £10 deposit. Your date is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due 1 week before delivery.
Minor changes (colour, fragrance, quantity adjustments up to ±10%) can be made up to 3 weeks before your event. Major changes to design or quantity may not be possible once production has started. Please contact us as early as possible.
